Shipping:

We ship by USPS Priority and Express mail. How long will each available shipping method take? USPS Priority Mail takes 5 to 7 business days. Express Mail typically arrives within 3 business days.

Tracking Your Order:

Tracking is included with all orders via email. All Shipments are signature required or insured by USPS to ensure clients receive their orders.

Refunds and Exchanges:

Due to health reasons, we can not issue refunds or exchanges for extensions once they have been shipped and retrieved by the customer. We can not fully determine if hair extensions/products have been used. These products can cause health problems if we retrieve them from a customer in an unsanitary environment.
